Cippoline in agrodolce

Sweet and sour braised small onions that are typically used in Italian food as a side dish for second course meat or fish dishes but also as an antipasto! We love these served with cheese and crackers, in sandwiches, sometimes even with pasta! Delicious with anything really. These contain butter, balsamic vinegar, white wine vinegar and a bit of sugar.
