Pasta al forno - Smoky quattro formaggi

We got together with The Cheese Collective and came up with this delicious 4- Cheese pasta al forno with smoked paprika. Aged cheddar, Scamorza, Mozzarella and Parmesan come together with our bronze-die extruded Gigli pasta.

INSTRUCTIONS: Take off lid and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 20 mins or until the top is brown and the cheese nicely melted.
