Crostata Salata- Potato + Leeks

Thinly sliced potatoes and caramelizes leeks layered with some ricotta and smoked cheese in a savory pastry dough. This makes for a great party table staple when serves with a side of salad!

Each 9 inch crostata/pie serves 8-10 people.
