The king of cheeses! Parmesan is an Italian hard, granular cheese produced from cow’s milk and aged 12-36 months. It has a hard, gritty texture and is fruity and nutty in taste and perfect to finish of your pastas with! We have a local parmesan and some Italian Pecorino.
