Crostata Salata- Tomatoes + Pesto

Thinly sliced heirloom tomatoes, fresh basil pesto and some onion layered with herbed ricotta in a savory pastry dough. This makes for a great party table staple when served with a side of salad!  

Each 9 inch crostata/pie serves 8-10 people.
