Burro - Lemon + Chives + Parmesan

Butter compound with fresh lemon, chives and parmesan! Do not overheat on gas, simply melt it with hot pasta water and residual heat of the cooked pasta to make sure the parmesan doesn't coagulate. 

PAIR WITH: Melt into your pasta dish, spread on toast, cook your scrambled eggs in- really any of that will give you a delicious result!
