Burro- Caramelised Onion

Another delicious butter compound to brighten up your pasta plates! This one has slowly caramelized onions (over 5 hours!) and is delicious with a lot of our filled pastas but also just with any other pantry pasta like rigatoni/gigli/bucatini. Simply prepare it like you would a butter sauce (in our Instagram highlights).
